Cookie policy
Nalenta uses as few cookies as possible. This page explains which ones and why.
Strictly necessary cookies
We only use strictly necessary cookies to keep your session secure (e.g. the cookie for your dossier access via magic link and for admin access). These cookies are essential for the service to work and do not require your consent.
Analytics cookies (only after consent)
If you click 'Accept' on the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymized visit statistics (Google tag ID G-YDFRG6CYRT, operated by Google Ireland Ltd.). Google Analytics then sets two cookies: _ga (retention up to 2 years) to distinguish visitors, and _ga_G-YDFRG6CYRT (retention up to 2 years) to keep session state. We enable IP anonymization and do not use any advertising or remarketing features. Google may process data in countries outside the EEA (including the United States); processing relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. If you click 'Reject', the script is never loaded and no Google cookies are set. You can change your choice later via the banner at the bottom of the page.
No advertising cookies
We do not set advertising, marketing, or cross-site tracking cookies. We do not use Facebook Pixel or similar advertising services.
Our own privacy-friendly measurement
Independently of Google Analytics, and also only after your consent, we record anonymous product events (e.g. landing page view, intake started, payment page opened) using a random session ID that exists only for your browser session. No personal data or IP addresses are stored for these internal analytics. These events are retained for no more than 12 months.
Third-party services
Stripe may set its own cookies during checkout for fraud prevention. See their cookie policy at stripe.com.
Managing cookies
You can delete cookies at any time via your browser settings. Removing necessary cookies may require you to log in to your dossier again.
